Having been stalked and harassed (energy weapons) in and out of my home for 4 years, by the neighborhood watch program. They would breaking open garbage bags and throwing it all over my front yard, crumpling up my mail and advertisements, throwing beer bottles etc all over my front. This was part of a plan that would tell neighbors that I am irresponsible, lazy, and a menace to the neighborhood.



Constant harassment from selected neighbors whom would climb on my rooftop, bang on my front door ,and when I would go to look they would bang on my backdoor. They would hide in-behind my fences, hedges, in behind cars, shed that were move into an appropriate position in order to view my home. I do not know how many times I Have caught these people on my property (dozens) , whom were ether trying to look threw my windows or running away.
When I did call police they would tell me that I was seeing things or we are going to talk to them, or next time we will charge them. this went on and on, never documenting any of my complaints, but always documenting other complaints against me even though they were false. After all this is a well planned , and or castrated crime, in which they have been violating people rights for decades.
Police agents were directly involved in your demise, in which they would organize the neighborhood by lies and propaganda about there targets in order to get support. One neighbor told me Marcel they are trying to make you paranoid.

One of the only ways to release pressure on me was to install a sign, This sign describes exactly what has been happening to me (top left,top middle) and this scare many obviously scared many people. this is what the sign says.

Spies sell secrets, dont sell me out.
I am your eye in the sky.
Unauthorized detection breeds insanity,
dont be a member, put you faith in humanity.

Bylaw issued me an infraction notice (top left) telling me to take the signs down or face the possible court action. I called them up , and told them the sign is staying. The next day while I was at work 3 cop cars and 2 bylaw vans came on my property and took the signs down. (neighbor told me). On one of the signs I was asking for help in which I was going to pay a reward. Not long after that the courts issued me a court order to vacate my home immediately without any kind of trial.

HUMAN RIGHT CRIMES COMMITTED BY THE CANADIAN GOVERNMENT

                                    This true and horrifying story is about the crimes committed by the Canadian governments, using police agents and  neighborhood watch groups to surpress and entrap an individual in there own homes. Organized and protected  by all levels of government, ( neighborhood networking) and carried out by police agents ( MILITARY, C.S.I.S, R.C.M.P, and local police) via neighborhood watch groups.These criminals stalk, harass, and use energy weapons on targeted victims in which neighborhood networking is used to cover their crimes.(neighborhood networking is the clot of government use to cover their crimes(all levels of government, military,firemen, police agents,health care,bylaw enforcement, doctors, court system, and even your own legal counsel) and is also used to change peoples perception, ideals,and though patterns.( brainwashing.)Obviously not everyone in this above groups are involved, only the trusted few, and others are not fully aware of the extent of these programs.


Most people  are under the impression that most neighborhood watch members are law abiding citizens, and on the hole they just look out their window or walk their dog around the neighborhood looking for criminal activity. For the most part this is not so,now keep in mind again that not all people involved in the watch program participate in privacy invasion or are involve in criminal activity, only the trusted few, and these trusted few are protected by neighborhood networking. GANGSTALKING AND ENERGY WEAPON USE IN EDMONTON ALBERT CANADA

For years privacy groups have been accusing the government about privacy invasion.Of course the government denied these legations.In this blog I am going to talk and show documentation  about the crimes committed by police agents on behalf of the federal governments whom organize neighborhood watch groups to stalk, and harass the so called  undesirables in the neighborhood.

Police agents have long been using neighborhood watch groups as a back door into the bedrooms of  Canadians. The Germans have used a similar program to suppress and round up the Jews during the great world wars. The Canadian government has programs for gays and lesbians, drug dealers and drug addicts, alcoholics, undesirables,whistle blowers, and blacklisted. Now keep in mind ,not all these people in these groups are harassed,or stalked,just targeted individuals from these groups.

To discredit there victims  they document them as mentally unstable, unable to take care of themselves, or function in society. These people can not expect to get any government jobs or work  because there is a permanent flashing astrix by  there name.They use a process called neighborhood networking to cover their crimes. Neighborhood networking is used to change thought patterns or ideas into a person or people,for they benefits of governments.( better known as brainwashing ).


Neighborhood networking is a process in which military, police agents, bylaw officials, fireman , doctors,(pathologist, physiologist ,etc) engineers, courts, media, special interest groups, public utilities, even you own legal representation team up together for a specific  cause.


We  will be working on this  site slowly, but we will show evidence of  corrupt and criminal government in which human right crimes are committed by individuals whom have taken an oath to protect and serve.

My name is Marcel Saumier, I am a T.I (targeted individual) from Ottawa Ontario Canada. I have been  a victim of these crimes for 7 years.(gang stalking and energy weapon use) A court order was given to me to vacate my home ,in which I owned a paid taxes on, without a trail.

Police agents falsified criminal documentation on me , in which the court system would make  the final blow. Having to flee my birth province of  Ontario   for my life , knowing very well that I could never go back.

I now live in Edmonton Alberta (since Nov   08), in which the game continues. Organized through neighbor hood watch stalking ,harassment and energy weapons are being used on me here.
